Absolute surfaces quality utilizing each material present in the market, nobile and economic woods, poliuretans and expansed poliuretans, resins of castings and compressed, alluminium, magnesium, steels not to mention castings materials for prototipes and pre-series. Our technical department utilize the most important and significant cad systems 2D and 3D (unigraphics, catia, proengineering, cad.lab, cimatron, work-nc ) and transfer each type of version and files dimension iges, dwg, dxf. Our Company has been present in the models and moulds
sector for over 40 years. We have always been committed
to keeping the quality and technology of the plant updated

Our production is organized on two facilities: Pattern
Plant and Warehouse . The staff is composed of twenty-five
persons with considerable experience in the production
of moulds for plastic: injection, thermoforming, rotational,
polyurethane low-medium-high density; for foundry: gravity,
low-pressure, pressure casting, lost wax, dies for sand
foundry not to mention wood and resin models and prototypes
of any dimension and application
We can satisfy any request made by the client. Our activity
comprises the study of the design and preparation of
the mould up to the production of the End Product;
for the definite mould we may start from a drawing,
a sample or a prototype, using technology for Mechanical
and Laser Digitizing, Reverse Engineering and Cad -Cam
Our production includes:
- highly professional staff with a good manual ability
capable of making models and parts by hand, and also
carry out any modification that may be necessary in
designing and constructing fase
- warehouse with N.C. milling machines, those for rapid
prototype formation, N.C. lathes, finally traditional
machines and equipments
